Personalised Cups is a trading name of Tees Valley Plastics Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Cowton Way, Stockton-on-Tees, TS16 0RE. We are the data controller for any personal data you provide through this website or in the course of placing an order with us.

2. The data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity and contact details — name, company name, email address, phone number, and delivery / billing address.
• Order and artwork information — the cups you have enquired about, quantities, lead times, design files and brand assets you upload for printing, and any notes or correspondence relating to your order.
• Payment particulars — payment confirmations and invoice records. We do not store card details ourselves; payments are processed by regulated third-party providers.
• Device and usage metrics — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and similar information collected automatically when you visit the site (see our cookies policy).
• Marketing preferences — whether you have asked to hear from us about new products, restocks or seasonal offers.

3. How we collect it

We collect data directly from you when you submit an enquiry, place an order, call or email us, or attend an event where we are exhibiting. We also collect device and usage metrics automatically when you browse the site, and we may receive limited data from third-party service providers (for example our courier or payment processor) in the course of fulfilling your order.

4. Why we use it

We use your personal data to:

• Quote for, process and fulfil your orders;
• Manage your artwork files, including producing visual mockups and press-ready production files;
• Process payments and issue invoices;
• Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries;
• Keep accounting and tax records as required by HMRC and other regulators;

• Improve our products, service and website based on aggregated usage data;

We retain order and accounting records for six to seven yearsin line with HMRC requirements. We keep your uploaded artwork for as long as it is reasonably useful for reorders, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Ask us to delete your data where we are no longer required to retain it;
• Ask us to restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances;
